Organization Information
If your organization is new to our grants portal:
  • Click Search IRS Database below
  • Use the pop-up window to search for your organization by name or EIN number
  • If multiple entries appear, add the city name and click Search IRS Database to narrow the results
  • Select your organization from the search results, the form below will automatically populate with information directly from the IRS database
  • If you are unable to locate your organization from the search results, please enter your organization’s data manually by selecting the IRS Search field's drop-down list below and choose "I cannot find our organization in the IRS database."

If your organization is new AND is fiscally sponsored:
    1. Choose "I cannot find our organization..." in the IRS search dropdown
    2. Enter the EIN for your fiscal sponsor
    3. Enter your project's name as the Organization Name
    4. Enter your fiscal sponsor as the Legal Name
    5. For the address, phone, and website, enter your project's information
    6. For the contact information, enter your information

Once logged into the system, complete the section on the organization profile requesting your fiscal sponsor information.

If you write grants for multiple organizations (for example, you are a contract grant writer):
  • We can set up a special login for you to use in the grants portal
  • Please contact the foundation’s grants manager (found on the foundation’s website) to register or call Pacific Foundation Services' main phone number for assistance: 415-561-6540
